Back 2 Basics

Suitable for all levels, those new to yoga, or those looking to learn or deepen the foundations of their practice. This class will build a yoga practice from the ground up, and give you the tools to attend other group yoga classes with confidence.

We recommend this class to anyone new to our studio or new to Yoga. Pregnancy-friendly class!

Slow Flow

A fluid yoga practice that seamlessly combines postures and breath, designed to help you increase flexibility and range of motion. Explores concepts of both yoga and movement to create healthier, more able-bodied movers of all ages and abilities. This class takes an active approach to creating more space in the body and breath.

We recommend this class to anyone new to our studio or new to Yoga. Pregnancy-friendly class!

 

Vinyasa

A dynamic and creative flow-style yoga practice,  fluidly linking breath and movement. This is not your average vinyasa yoga class, we connect traditional asana practices with fresh and modern perspectives on body mechanics. Leaving you feeling stronger, more expansive, and centred after each class.

Open-level class, however previous yoga experience is recommended.

Flow Rhythm

Flow Rhythm was created to bring you a unique experience of movement and sound. Asanas are intelligently sequenced to ignite and untangle the body-mind, creating more room for the circulation of inspiration. Music is intentionally selected to energetically connect to yourself and those flowing with you.

We suggest previous yoga experience before attending this class.

 

CREATIVE ASANA

This class is not your typical vinyasa class. Creative Asana delves deeper into the complexities of myofascial integrated movement, allowing you to explore postures and sequences beyond what you might think is possible. Each class starts with grounding breath work to set you up for an inward journey that deeply nourishes your body and mind.

We suggest previous yoga experience before attending this class.

Yin

Slowing down the body to steady the mind and spirit is the key to this practice. We will use props and supported shapes to create an easy, relaxing environment. Postures will be held for a longer period to encourage deep myofascial release and facilitate an embodied meditation.

This is a slow-paced beginner and pregnancy-friendly class.

Restorative

This practice facilitates deep rest by slowing down movement, the breath and the mind, helping to activate the parasympathetic nervous system. Gentle movement and longer-held positions are designed to gently open the body and allow for the release of tension, deep breathing, and relaxation. We will use more props to create ease and comfort in each position, to allow complete surrender and letting go.

This is a slow-paced beginner and pregnancy-friendly class.

Meditation

Meditation is a technique used for thousands of years to develop awareness of the present moment. It can involve practices to sharpen focus and attention, connect to the body and breath, develop acceptance of difficult emotions, and even alter consciousness.

Breathwork

Our Breathwork classes offer space to explore breathing techniques that can alter your mood and mindset. By cultivating breath awareness, we intensify the potency of each moment and bring greater presence, appreciation, and enjoyment into our lives.

Sound Bath

This class style will offer you a gentle soundscape, creating space to completely surrender and relax. It is through the vibrations of sound that we can reconnect to ourselves, heal on a cellular level and still the mind.

Yoga Nidra

Yoga Nidra literally means yogic sleep. It is an ancient technique where the practitioner enters a deep state of conscious relaxation. It is a systematic practice of moving awareness from our external world to the inner world.

It brings us to a state of deep sleep where our senses, intellect, and mind relax. We become free from the concepts of time, space and reason.

When this happens, brain activity reduces and the body goes into a healing state. Therefore, it is also said that one hour of yoga Nidra can give the same benefit as a four-hour sleep. As the body enters a healing state, you can clear up the toxins at a cellular level, refresh the mind and remove baggage from the subconscious.

MAT PILATES

This slightly shorter class, 45min, will bring you the perfect concoction of concentrated movements, designed to pinpoint and strengthen specific muscle groups with resistant training and repetitions. Mat Pilates serves as the foundational building block to safely build towards deeper, more expansive openings in the physical yoga practice.

REFORMER ALIGN

As a slower-paced class with a strong focus on alignment and breath, this style is suitable for all levels, those new to Reformer, or those looking to fine-tune their technique. You will learn the fundamentals of Reformer Pilates and how to safely move your body on the Reformer machine while still receiving a full-body workout with an emphasis on control and precision.

Beginner and pregnancy-friendly.

REFORMER FLOW

A beautifully concocted series of exercises to lengthen and strengthen your entire body. This flow style class incorporates functional movement patterns to balance and mobilise your body, improve posture and prevent injury.

We suggest attending our Align classes before attending our Flow classes. Not suited during pregnancy.

REFORMER

DYNAMIC

This style is strong and dynamic!

We will explore different load and spring tensions to challenge your strength and add cardio elements using our trampolines. Expect a high-energy class that will get your whole body glowing, including your endorphins!

We suggest attending our Align classes before attending our Dynamic classes. Not suited for beginners, during pregnancy or those with injuries.
