Here is our current timetable for Scarborough. We aim to have regular teachers for each class, so that you can get to know them and their style of teaching. This will sometimes change from week to week, however, due to our team’s busy lives! Any changes will be posted on our social media and MindBody online accounts. So keep up to date there too.
Bookings are not required to attend class, feel free to just show up. Try to arrive 10 – 15 minutes early to sign in and get yourself set up. Or if you’re someone who likes to book and/or pay in advance, this can be done through our MindBody online account:
